A small team, on the hook by design.

FirstCall is built and run by a small software team that has shipped products for years - we also run PokerInk, live in the App Store and on Google Play. There is no sales team and no support queue: the person who answers support@bookfirstcall.com is the person who wrote the code.

What FirstCall is

An AI receptionist for owners with their hands full. Your number stays as it is and your phone still rings first; FirstCall answers only when you can't, asks the intake questions your business would ask, and puts the caller's number, a summary, and the full conversation in front of you minutes later. It is a concierge product: we set it up with you on a call, write your questions with you, and change how it answers when you ask us to.

The rules it keeps

It says it is automated in its first sentence, on every call - we won't switch that off, even if you ask. It never quotes a price, never invents availability, and never claims to be a person. Your callers and their details stay yours: never shared, never sold, and you take them with you if you leave.
